I have worked for brands throughout my professional life - over thirty years in the industry - as Global Vice President of Marketing for NIVEA - one of Germany’s most iconic brands - and in recent years as Owner and Managing Director of CARE4BRANDS. CARE4BRANDS is a brand leadership consultancy that helps clients in successfully building and managing brands in the health & beauty industry, both on a global strategic level as well as local operational level. This includes defining a clear vision and strategy for the brand, as well as leading and coaching the organisation in successfully transforming the defined strategy into perfect brand execution, both locally and globally.
